Local Orders: Store Pickup Option
Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens customers may choose the store-pickup option. Simply note in the comments section the best way to reach you (email or phone) and we will schedule a hand-delivery of your order!

Shipping policy
Orders placed on star76.net will ship in 2-3 business days for in-stock items. Star76.net offers standard and express shipping via USPS.
In the event that an item is out-of-stock we will contact you directly about whether you'd like an exchange for an alternate item or cancel your order.

Domestic (US) Shipping Costs
You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date of order. Star76 will also expedite your shipping for an additional charge.
(as of 04/01/07) :
USPS priority mail flat-rate of $4.95 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item.
USPS 3 business day delivery for a flat-rate of $12.95
USPS express mail overnight delivery for a flat-rate of $19.95
(please note: orders for overnight delivery must be received by 4pm EDT the day prior)

International Orders
Live or want to ship abroad? No problem! The base price for international orders is approx. $14.95. You will be contacted directly with the final cost for your order. The recipient of the order assumes responsibility for customs clearance in addition to any tariffs, fees or funds due to receive the order.

Other shipping information
Star76 uses the USPS delivery confirmation system and will do our best to be sure your order is delivered on time. If an order is not received within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us and we will retrace your package? steps to the best of our ability.
Star76 is responsible for delivery up through the confirmation of delivery. We are not responsible if your neighbor steals your package, a dog eats it, a tornado carries it away, or it is otherwise lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery is confirmed. Large orders will be subject to additional shipping charges.
How do I modify or cancel an order?
Quickly, please! As long as your order has not been shipped you can email us at info@star76.net to modify or cancel your order.
How do I return or exchange an online purchase?
When we screw up, we own it. If something is wrong with your order, please let us know immediately and we will rectify it quickly!
We will happily exchange or offer online store credit for returns of items that are not worn, washed, or are defective. Please notify us via e-mail regarding items you wish to return within seven business days of receipt of your order.
The return must be received within 10 business days from the date on the receipt. We will send you another color, size, or an entirely different style of your choice (as long as it is in stock). If you prefer store credit, we will gladly issue you a gift certificate. You must include original receipt and item. You are responsible for shipping (Star76 will not accept packages C.O.D.).
